Honest pricing notes
- Cancel anytime.
- No phone tree, no retention specialist. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Plus until then, and your data stays put if you ever come back.
- No per-message SMS charges.
- When your SMS pool runs out, notifications automatically fall back to email. We never bill you for individual texts, and we never sell "SMS top-ups."
- No surprise price changes.
- If we ever raise prices, existing subscribers stay on the price they signed up at for at least 12 months. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice via email before any change.
- Refunds for accidental charges.
- Sign up by mistake or hit a bug that charged you wrong? Email support@gatherfam.app within 14 days and we'll refund you. See our Terms of Service for full details.

- Gatherfam's Free tier is meant for actual use, not as a demo. Unlimited events, unlimited families, unlimited RSVPs. If you only host a party or two a year, you'll probably never need Plus — and we're fine with that.
